All started great but unfortunately Nick went very quiet on me on various occasions and hazey excuses and delays. Ended up doing the homework myself and securing a deal better than citrus could offer, and with more transparency.
Not sure if it’s just my circumstances or if they are busy at the moment but did not make the effort with me or any of it easy in a stressful time. Wouldn’t recommend for first time buyers.
I would recommend the team to anyone looking to buy a property.
Then Viv Powell offered up some really sound advice for insurance / critical illness cover and options we had not even considered before. Again the prices were the most competitive, it was well explained and there was no pressure to take anything we didn't want, just focused on giving us the full picture of what is available both now and in future.

Finally, special thanks to Gavin Potter (Mortgage Advisor) who helped to get submit the Mortgage application and got is approved though my first application was cancelled when I submit via another advisor. He has an excellent experience throughout this process. And thanks to Vivien Powell (administrator) who always keep me updated on the application status on time which is stressful experience compare to my first application.
